Rear break light and indicators not operating

Hi all,

I have a 70 plate Leon FR plug in hybrid owned since new currently On 52k, I got in the car this morning to be informed both rear indicators are not operational and the internal signal flashing at twice the speed. Checked the operation and they are working?
I have since returned home and the rear break light is currently stuck on, anyone got any suggestions or had the same issues? I have attached a picture of the rear light currently stuck on.

It's under warranty so take it to your nearest seat dealership, why try and figure it out yourself?

3 week wait for the earliest appointment and curious to see if anyone else had had this problem and if the fix was something u could do your self.

Only 3 weeks, grab it anyway even if you fix it before and then cancel...main Kia dealer emailed me my wife's car 1st MOT (and service) due early March and they are booking from the middle of Feb .
