Rattling noise when steering left

I have seat leon mk1 year 2004 and it has some rattling noise or no idea how to describe it somewhere in the front middle. It only happens when steering in left corners on higher speed and even that is not always but it is most of the time. Doesn't happen on low speeds, doesn't happen in roundabouts also doesn't happen if I stop on one spot, turn the steering wheel al the way left and floor it.
Both stabilizer links were replaced and this kinda reduced the sound it made but it still there but instead of some grinding sound now there is more of a rattling or vibrating kind of thing.
So stabilizer links are new, break pads are good, there is some wheel bearing noise present - but can a wheel bearing really sound like rattling?
I did check some youtube videos for a bad CV joint but it doesnt sound like that.

Anyone got some ideas?
