R32 Seats or LCR recaros?

Ok if you had the choice of LCR recaros, or golf R32 ones in black leather what would you go for?

Im looking to get front a rear LCR recaros from an LCR then get them leathered up with alcantara inserts. At a total cost of about 2k, or I can have R32 seats (with the R32 logos etc) for about 1.5k

What would you go for?

R32 are comfortable from what i remeber of my mates ones. would look good with recaro rear bench too mate.

is that 1.5k with the bench all done?

if not i may change my mind.
to get the normal r seats to look like recaro cant u juts add foam when having them leatherwed so the headrest sinks like it does on the recaro ones?

To get the seats leathered without a templaet (original covers) almost doubles the retrim cost.

R32 seats have front and back leathers, so i would need to get my door cards and arm rest done.

The cost of the LCR recaros does include heated seats tho

Get the R32 seats, have the logo's removed and put door cards from an LC/FR leather interior in.

I'd swap my leather Recaros for R32 seats any day, I think the R32 Konig seats are awesome - if I could find a set in black leather I'd buy them today!

both mate, they look the nuts i was looking for some S4 seats.

and they are comfy

The R32 seats are heated too though i thought. Or is that an extra? They are damn comfy though, and far more supportive on a track day!

If there heated i may just get them. The only real thig that bothers me is that i will need to chop the airbag plug, unless i can make an adapter!?

dude i have both my LCR and my mate R32 at my place and i must say the R32's seats are amazing!!! driven it a few times WOW!

mmm i would not wanna mess with my airbags too much, how pissed will u be if u make a plug, plug them in and they blow!

but then if id had to do it myself id never have installed the cruise stalk

Standard LCR seats are not heated, not sure bout ones you can buy to fit from Seat tho, where would switch go?

why not just buy some konig seats?they do them in a variety of shapes and sizes,and they trim them to your spec(more or less) i think saul paid £350 quid for one
