R badges don't last long do they

Without sound stupid but how do they come off I have been looking at replacing mine as they have discoloured badly from what I have read I assume they must be stuck on and not rivetted as I had first assumed?

Would someone kindly confirm this for me.

Yea they are stuck on with adhesive, just get some dental floss under it and 'saw' the badge off... then all you have to do is remove the glue with a good cleaner.

Indeed they are stuck on. Use dental floss to remove them or hairdryer. Use WD40/GT85 or a bit of white spirit/petrol to remove residue.

Before fitting new ones, give them a couple of coats of clear lacquer. Mine have lasted fine for the last 10 months.
