cc is soo smooth ive had a diffrent map on my cupra when stadardish and it was so jerky and hesitant and had three flat spots through the rev range!

this is a pointless question as its more opinion than whats better both very good maps cheaper 1 must be more tempting tho!

yeh cc for me! Revo doesnt seem to consider power and just gives loads of torque, making the car feels faster than it is. CC gives a steadier power curve and will hold more power for longer. Torque spikes are fun but no good clutches!!

the thing is that a lot of people take most notice of "peak" power so if it make 150bhp they go for that over one that makes 145bhp,
but the fact of the matter is that for most of us in every day driving we're not ringing the neck off it so midrange is far more useable that top end.
and for me personally the midrange (useable) power was greater with the revo(sort of) than the CC.
I'm not slagging CC but I PREFER Revo having had the 2 on the same car the Revo(sort of) suited my driving style and my needs better than the CC,
You might be different it's just a shame you can't get the 5 hours free trial on the dervs

I vote Custom-Code :funk: hehe

Just to clear a few things up - The Custom-Code remap is this smoothest software out, this offers great driveability across the rev range and for those people that love the diesel torque it also preserves the life of your clutch.

With Revo you are getting a boost spike which gives the feeling of it being 'punchy' we could quite easily do this but it is not what the Custom-Code remap is all about.

Custom-Code can be switched on/off via VAG-COM on the diesel EDC15 ECU's and via Custom-Settings with the petrol MED7 ECU's

As some of you might not be aware - we are currently offering 30% discount on phase 1-3 remaps until the end of Jan 08, so even more of a reason to go C-C

Again we now offer the mobile tuning service for the people that cannot make it to a C-C agent in their working hours - This is done at no extra charge.

Hope this helps

So lets get this straight, aswell as being £155 cheaper you dont need to pay for a SPS device at god knows how much just to turn the map off for work?

If you wanted, you could just get a vag-com cable, which id imagine works out alot cheaper, and then you get the added benfits of being able to run logs, check error's, fueling/boost injectors? All due to getting custom-code

Seems like a easy win for C-C
