quick question on trim levels..advice for my dad!

Oh I thought he was on about the FR, which of course has the 170 engine with a DPF in whatever guise you get it in... fair enough.

Still, the figures don't add up at that milage, but they are nice to drive (although I've not driven the 2.0TFSI or similar, I'm kinda presuming these are just as good!

2.0TFSI is very good (would have had but very expensive to run for me based on mileage and age).

You are right, petrol would be best on paper but lets face it if we all had cars for a to b only Kia would sell a lot more Picanto's (no offence - good car for the money!). Whatever fuel type it is still a good choice.

nah the 140 doesnt have a dpf....but you are right he should probably get a petrol due to his milegae, but this car is not about the performance, he is almost 60 and is coming from owning a nissan skyline with rock hard suspension so wants a 5 door car which is smooth and comfortable, and also very easy on the juice. Plus he loves my little pd130 and my brother astra sri diesel so he was swayed by that.
