I have a mk4 Ibiza, 53 plate, had it about..1 month now. I have noticed a small problem and though it might be TCS but happens even when its off.
Basically, this has happend once or twice when driving along road at 30mph, I think it happens when accelerating, but noticed it last night booting it up a duel carrige way from 20mph - 70.
I come to the outside line, floored it in 2nd to 4000 revs then done a very quick change to 3rd, the glow plug light flashed (on about 1-2seconds) I...didnt LOSE power, but its like power to wheels disconnected for about second then connected again, then carried on accelerating.
I say this, but I cant remember if it was when at point of change to 3rd or just when I floored it, but I know it happens, its not the first time, and happens when TCS is off.
I am a bit worried. Its a 1.9 130 PD Tdi by the way. And I havn't checked vagcom for erros yet as I dont know which cable, or where the port is.
