quick coilover advice needed how to lower ?

Got the front of the car up in the air at the min and just trying to turn the adjuster cup round its having none of it . its been sprayed with wd been on about half a hour a think its 1 mil lower lol is there anything i can do to make it easier to turn ?

They new or used?
New- take them off and wind it down before you put the spring on. Might be too
much tension on the adjuster.

Used- use that crazy adjusting spanner you got or try persuade it with a hammer and a punch in one of the grooves.

You have undone the nylon screw too I'm guessing? Lol

nylon screw ??? lol i started braying at it with a hammer but was getting nowere do i need both wheels up on stands ?

i need to higher my suspension, its way too low. anyone know how i can get the right setup for road use on spax rsx coilovers? if i cant get it to be a more comfortable ride, they gonna have to go.

I got a little scrubbage too.

And about the setup (cupra too low) they damper adjustable or not?

i checked them on the spax website and yes they are damper adjustable mate
