If I buy projector headlights to replace my reflectors in my 2011 Cupra, would any lights from any type/model Leon from the same year be a straight swap does any one know?

Yes, all the Bi-Xenon units from any model facelift model of Leon or Altea would fit.

Don't forget that your car would need to be re-coded for Bi-Xenon lights and to pass an MOT you will need headlamp washers and the headlight range control module / auto-levelling sensors.

Nice one mate, cheers. I was actually thinking of just using the lens with my current non-xenon setup. I was looking at upgrading to HIDs but couldn't be bothered with the cost of making them legal, so just thought I'd use the lens. Is that still possible or just a waste of time?

I'm fairly sure you won't just be able to fit a projector lens from an OEM Bi-Xenon headlamp to your reflector lenses without the xenon bulb (which would then require washers and auto-levelling) because the projector assembly is a complete unit that requires a xenon bulb. However I came across a company a while back that seemed to offer units which do exactly what you are after. I'll try and see if I can find the info again for you.
