Projectors have been disassembled from broken headlights. A pair of projectors usually cost around £80. There are also more expensive ones like Koito brand, which is around £110.

It won't be legal unless you have jet washers + auto level system. But you can buy retrofit kits from Hella. They're expensive though.

If this is ok for you, fitting is not easy, unless you clearly understand what is being done + have skilled hands :) Search it on youtube, there are plenty of videos for it. It isn't big deal though, can be done in 1 week.

Any more questions? Feel free to ask :) [I don't fit them myself btw, couldn't trust my skills :) ]

yeah, but I was unsure of the projector quality as I mentioned before here, so I choose this way. Dectane headlights were going to cost me about £250-280 including xenon kit, this one will cost me around £300 :) At the end, I'll have d1s type bi-xenon with valeo projector :)

Dectane headlights look cool IMO, but I had H4 system, had to do tons of wiring to solve the high/low beam issue, so I choose bi-xenon instead.

So what do you think is better then? I have an Ibiza Cupra! I would need to buy another set of headlamps which are dear! Better of with dectane where it comes in the one! I just want bi xenon lights :(

Well, LHD issue is quite dangerous for you. If you use xenon kit with dectane lights, oncoming traffic would be totally blind because of glare. I'd go for bi-xenon project like me.

Dectane headlights have projector only on low beam btw, not bi-xenon. Halogen is on duty for high beam. Plus, it uses H1 type bulb for low beam, which is not the best one for lightment performance amongst other bulbs. And, dectane's projector brand is unknown, at least I don't know, mine is Valeo, which is same with Cupras. (Valeo, Bosch, Hella, Koito ; These are the companies which design headlights for nearly all of the car world.)

We have some places like junkyard here, which have crashed cars only. I don't know if such places exist there, but you can try your chance there also, both for original bi-xenon headlight and double headlamp ones (like my projector fitted one, as stock of course.) for really cheap prices.

As I said, I didn't personally fit them, also paying a price just to fit them :) I don't know if it helps, there's a web site which is in Turkish, but Google translate may translate some essential things so you may understand what is going on :) also try youtube videos, there are plenty of them. the website is www.xenonmercek.com . Junkyard is your friend! :) try ebay, there are some for sale.

Before you start this thing, I recommend you to wait my project to be finished, so you can get an idea what it should be like when it is done. Some cutting job also required to fit projector, even the cover which lets you reach bulbs.

It should be finished in 2 weeks, max. I doubt he took pictures while fitting, I won't be able to upload step by step pics unfortunately. But I can tell how to do it, in words.

I will upload pictures when I get my headlights back. :)

Day by day it is getting closer to end :)

A little bit undecided about moving indicators to high beam's place since it won't give wide angle light as its shape.

Pity, I have to use sidelights' cable for daylight. Daylights use 21 watt (which uses P21W socket), whereas sidelights only 5 (which uses W5W socket). This will be both good and bad. Bad is, it won't be so bright like daylights and good is because of that I won't use some other things to dim it. Original daylights gets dimmed when low beams are on :)

Final decision,

Indicators will stay as where they supposed to be and will use Osram Diadem bulbs.

High beam reflector will host daylight which will take current from sidelights. Will be using H7 led bulbs : http://www.dealextreme.com/p/h7-6w-190-lumen-18x5050-smd-led-car-white-light-bulb-dc-12v-37115

I choose this one instead of 68-102-120 led ones. Leds die if they get hot. These ones were too close to each other so they wouldn't get cold enough to survive :) Hopefully the ones that I ordered won't fail me. Bought 2 pairs.

This is how it is supposed to look;

18 SMD 5050 leds, 2.7W. I ordered 18 SMD 5050 leds, 6W version. This will be brighter, hopefully.

I'll ask, but the projector is same with "Audi Q7, Q5, A5, BMW X1, Range Rover sport 2010, laguna coupe, ibiza cupra, leon cupra, new passat". I didn't see the rear yet, as I know it didn't fit so the cover has been cut a little bit.

Where do you get that from? I was looking st spraying the insides of my headlights, rather the pay 150 for diff headlights,
only problem is that I would need to take the Headlights out my car a couplea days :/

I guess you can find it at any store that sells construction stuff..
