Primary user not possible

Hey guys, recently bought a Seat León sporttourer 2021 with the 10 inch screen. Been having some problems with the primary user and Android auto.
System is on 1896 update.

So when I login to my seat account and the question "the car has no primary user, do you want to become primary?" pops up, I press it. Then it's just spinning on wait.... Doesn't matter how long I wait, it's just spinning. It logs into the profile with no worries, just annoying that the "primary user" question pops up every time I start the car.

2nd problem that I'm not sure of. The car works flawless with my girlfriends iPhone on carpplay wireless, on the other hand my Huawei p30 pro does not work wireless? I don't even get the option on the screen to connect wireless? With cable works with no problem, but seems a bit strange that it would only work with Apple and not android wireless?

Also just noticed, tried a factory reset and the shop icon was removed when I did it

Your infotainment system needs updating, it’s likely your telematics module does too

There’s likely other worthwhile updates outstanding to given the build date of the car

Is this something I can do myself or how do I do this?
I've read here that I can update my nav system with USB c directly in the outlet and boot the update page. I'm just not sure what files to update the infotainment system with if I could update the system myself.
