Pressure at idle at 30?

I've just noticed that when I'm idling it now sits at -30 where as it used to be -20 ? It seems to climb slightly but when I drive off and stop again it does the same.

Also I've noticed when I take my foot off the accelerator the boost is dropping quicker and I get a kick back when I do it.

Any ideas what it could be?

boost dropping quicker? shouldn't it stop instantly!?

ok maybe its just the way it feels....feels like the power is taken away quicker than it used to be
