Is anyone running around with these on their Leon? If so got any pics?

I'd like the old black/silver plates on my white FR but think they are illegal..?

Not wanting to rain on anyone's parade but pressed plates have neither been declared legal or illegal and do not fall into the DVLA guidelines one way or the other. So you can be pulled and get given a VDRS and can fail your MOT. Just depends on individual perception of the guidelines for the time being.

Those plates meet BS standards but as said the BS standard does not cover pressed element of the plates yet???? Silly I know so it is take a chance until someone decides to declare legal/illegal!!

Technically speaking any plate without an official dvla stamping, postcode of the company who made it and the name of the company.

The link ones above are legal, cheap ones off eBay with identification markings are not legal.

My friend has pressed plates and gets pulled regulary for them, depends on your local constabulary I think
