Power Steering Sensor

that makes some sence have to say, how relevent is it to the mk4 though?

iirc the skda models use the same parts as the MK4

ah right I see so very relevent. Anyway as said someone said they had played about with the sensor on another thread or might just have been something to do rather than something they had anyway thought it might have been an easy fix

rashcupra sounds like you work with seats and you dont know what the power steering angle sensor is!!, take a look at this page as well might give you an idea of what it is.

i dont work with seats whatsover im actually an accident repair technician and ive never stumbled across one of these sensors when changing so many mechanical parts so we learn something everyday but hey im only 19 and still learning

so would this angle sensor cause the light to come on but when ignition is turned off then on again is the code wiped????
