Possible water damage to Turbocharger?

Hello, I drive a 2014 Leon SE TSi. I recently drove through a puddle that was a bit too deep. The horn stopped working, the auto start/stop stopped working and I have an amber engine light and amber EPC light. The car now has noticeably less power. I used OBDeleven and got error code P226300 Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost System Performance.

I don't know much about cars but I'm trying to fix this myself. It makes sense that the horn doesnt work as it was completely submerged, but I don't know enough about the turbocharger to understand the problem. Is the turbocharger itself broken or are there some sensors that need to be replaced? How can I troubleshoot this?

Thanks for the help,
Jack

I would be having a look at the intercooler pipes in the engine bay to see if one has been knocked off in the puddle impact.
