Possible MAF

Hi guys once again needing some help/advise!!
My LCR ir running stage 2 and has always pulled really well in all gears as i`m sure most do but just had a new Blueflame downpipe fitted as the last one split on the flexi on the return from Germany and now sometimes she pulls as she always has and sometimes she just seems flat and you don`t get that big surge
Any ideas as to what it is,everything seems in order so was wondering if this is the sign of the Maf going??

Do some logs, mianly on the maf, see how much its pulling at, so you could rule out the maf.

I found one of the best ways to find out if the MAF is was to unplug it and go for a little drive, You should notice a difference straight away.
