is it true a porshe runs a ko4 an this will fit as a direct fitment on the cupra??


also i live in wilts an want totune my cupra is there sumwhere i can send it anfor a cost of how much? and with it returning getting about 250bhp??

If your talking about an Ibiza then i don't think the ko4 will squeeze in there?

As for tuning, a REVO/APR/Jabba remap will yield around 200bhp for around £499

If your after 250bhp then a ko3s (and all that goes with it), remap to match, exhaust system and filter should see you somewhere handy.

Try doing a search, loads on info on all the above.

There's someone on here that did it (k0423 on an Ibiza), can't remember if he did any bulkhead work, but I don't think so.

His forum name was Surfer_d, I remember he sold the car to someone else who joined the forums.

I know some Porchses run bigger KKK turbos designated K24 and K26 I think, don't know which ones though. I think they form the basis of the Sportec/MTM Stage III upgrade. Not a bolt up upgrade., and not exactly cheep.

no aq Porsche turbo will not fit onto a cupra without a bit of work, as far as i am aware they do not use the K04's they are bigger as said above...

i had a k04 on too. will fit but a sh1t load of hassle when the eliminators are now available as an off the shelf kit. the k04 conversion has had its day folks. if you go with it, i have a downpipe to suit here.

Sorry, yeah - I missed off the "but why would you", AM04, JBS04, Eliminator Series. Loads of choice.
