polo variant (cordoba vario) info please?

Hey, I'm looking to get some info as I fancy getting a polo estate. I know it actually has very little to do with a polo, its more a rebadged cordoba with a different interior. How low can you drop it without becoming a nightmare on speed bumps? What size wheels will fit? (They're 14s as standard aren't they?) Anything to look for when buying one? Cheers
