Okay, so it's not a SEAT but it'd be a shame to hide it away in the Volkswagen forum bit. Besides it's only an Ibiza in drag :p

Here's my Polo GTI, just before I took the wheels off and put her back to standard pending part exchanging.

Super little car, but gone to make way for (another) Golf mk5, I suppose I'll get round to taking photos of the Golf one day, but you see them every day unlike Polo GTIs :)

Went well didn't it.
The replacement needs a bit of tinkering too. Need to sell some bits, do some saving and bribe the Missus first. Looks like I'll have a paintbrush in my hand for a few weeks LOL

Looks like a crackin little car. The Mk6 and Mk7 Polo's are a lot nicer to drive than the Ibiza, but I feel the Ibiza does a lot better in the looks department. :)

I've always loved Evolos, spent ages trying to track some down for my 130 but never managed it!

Looks nice, what made you change to the big brother?

Thanks for the comments chaps.
The Evolos are my second set. I had a set of 17s on there already but as soon as I found another set of Evolos off they came! I had a set of Evolos on my mk4 Golf which then went on my Fabia vRS and are now found on devonutopia's Mongrel. Keep an eye out for these in the classifieds soon, they'd suit a mk1 Leon or mk4 Beezer as they're very chunky and muscular looking (sales pitch!).

Plans for the mk5? Well I think the re-map is essential but it'll have to wait a while. I'm also looking out for a set of either 18'' Monza IIs or maybe some BBSs if I can get them at the right price. Got my eye on a few sets but unfortunately the bank balance is a bit bare again now! Apart from that it's a pretty well sorted machine out of the box, and hence the reason I wanted one.
Reason for selling the Polo GTI? Believe it or not, despite it having a fairly compliant ride it gave me back ache so I hardly ever used it. Shame really as it was one of the best cars I've ever owned.
