Plug and play amplifiers (JAYKS)

Planning to upgrade the sound system of my 2021 Leon PHEV. Planning to install an plug and play DSP amp straight in to the OEM system of the car. Maybe some damping to the doors and even new speaker at some point.

While googling around, Audison, Match, Focal etc were the usual amps suggested, but then stumbled on this german site selling some interesting looking gear.
Has anyone had any experience with these amps?

Plug in straight to the Quadlock connector, even support adding an passive subwoofer without needing extra power from the car battery?

These MK4 Leons have a center-channel on the dash, how would that affect the outcome, as the Jayks has 4 (mains) +2 (subwoofer) channels.

Seems like too good to be true. Leon KL is in their list of supported vehicles but somehow the site looks a bit scetchy..

EDIT: Well i ordered one from eBay. Someone has to try it

The seller was very responsive and even checked via VIN that my car is supported. Still have to find a subwoofer that meets the specs. Seller told me it should be 4ohm + atleast 90db to work.

I think ill go with this Helix K10 SE.2, even it has ”only” 88bd effinency. Should still work eh?

Greetings from Finland!

I just installed the amplifier. Took 2 hours. Needed to remove the glove box to get my hands on the MIB3 system. Amp came with plug and play harness, so connecting is was very easy. Hardest part was getting the long silver plastic trim back on, as i removed it all. Easier would be just letting it hang in there like in some YouTube videos.

Took the wire harness under the passenger seat (left hand drive here). What is that metal thing under there? Some kind of voltage converter maybe? Is it missing some cover or so?

Still have to build some sturdy case for the amp somewhere there. And still waiting the subwoofer to arrive.

Just took a quick test and oh my what a difference even without the sub. So much more power from factory speakers. Imaging is top notch! I am satisfied
