Porker3, i was thinking the same...never had a broken liner on any of my previous cars, and now i have both sides.

Lentäjä, I wonder if this is year specific and a batch issue. Not sure where either of our cars are manufactured, but what year is yours? Mines a May 2015.

Cost cutting at it's finest they are exactly thick enough to the job and no thicker, you can try a warranty claim but unless there is a manufacturing defect the claim will be rejected I dont think these are built incorrectly they are just not built to last as it's something that most people will never even notice, same comparsen can be made with the undertrays if you look an undertray from the 90's to now there a lot more flimsy.

A warrenty claim will be hard, however if its been reported by a number of people something may be registered. The problem being, people understandably, automatically change them themselves to save cost and never raise the issue 1st. I take your point however its not always down to cost saving, sometimes formulas shift and the product integrity is affected. I'll still ask the question, that at least costs nothing. If the product is at fault, Seat will counter charge the supplier so they wont loose out.

Just found my drivers side front hanging off and googled it. This thread was the first thing that came up. Seems rather common. At least its easy to sort. 64 plate 280

Kicking this up cause as an effect of my ice track visit, it seems I now need both fronts :)
...but...
The facelift Cupra setup seems quite elaborate, with some filters and vents, etc.
Can anyone get me the part number and price for those?
Thanks in advance!
