I also had a chance to open it up for the first time today the mid range power is scary!....... Is the 279bhp meant to aid top end or through the gears? Still learning!

What mods you had done to get that?

You'll not notice much difference 0-60 wise as traction limits you but 3rd gear upwards you should notice a big difference.

I take it you bought the car with its claimed '279bhp'?

I am going to have to dig out the rest as this is off the top of my head, I have Jabba sporta dim sport chart stating 279 and the dynatwist air filter has been removed so not to sure how this would help increase power?
