watch out for e bay shite

Thoes Ebay one are Bar and plate contruction, which are much better than the forge items, especially for the money..

saying that the Forge ones fit with no custom work..

Either way, get the biggest you pheesably can, charge temperature is the single most impartant factor when tuning a forced induction car..

How much have you spent to get it to 341 bhp ?

The bar and plate cores are good on some applications usually on huge turbo conversions 450 bhp +. the tube and fins work really well on smaller turbos

Just so you guys know when we develope an intercooler we test with bar & plate , tube and fin and tube and fin with 3 different types of air turbolaters ( twisty things in the inside of the intercooler tubes that help cool the air core )

we will have the test data for all cores then decide on the air core that gives the best cooling characteristics, sometimes the lowest temp drop isnt the best , you need to look at how quickly the air passes thro the core and at what rates ist cooled as it passes , we test with 3 or 4 thermocouples , drilled and tapped into the air core on the top and bottom, this is then logged to see which performs the best on each given application .

Dont believe all the hype you hear

With all due respect,

If you have a car running 10psi with a small turbo working hard produing lots of heat, and an identical car running 10psi with a larger turbo , hardly working at all, running a lot cooler, the car with the larger turbo will be producing more power..

Name as aspect that has a more profound effect on a forced induction car than charge temp?

Jesus i dont think i can afford that kind of money lol. I would have liked to have had an ibiza running a spec like that would be awsome.
