its the small round silver cap over the back left of the engine.

problem is that if the EGR was full of ****, then the whole air intake is too,,, deffo.

you can use an intake spray cleaner like 10k diesel boost or directly take the intake off and then clean it by hand [probably better than the spray]

yes agreed, have a look at the intake pics on the threads i linked to above for example!

hmmm i'm not very up to spec on the forum, where shud i find this guide, it was soo dead when i got it, its much more driveable now but will deffo use some additives try an free it up i suppose, considerin a slight remap at some point, dont want crazy power as i've a project cav turbo expectin around 300brake in the summer, jus summat to cruise in comfort but have 'some' relative torque
