Parking sensor wiring???

Hi,

Yesterday I had my rear BTCC end fitted. Before I painted it I fitted a Valeo parking sensor kit. All the wiring is now in place in the rear passenger side section of the boot. Dave at Seres told me I need to find the black/blue wire coming from a 8 pin block connector:

"there should only be 2 wires in your PDC kit. One needs earthed, the other goes to the black/blue reversing light feed wire at the 8-pin multiplug behind the passenger side inner boot trim."

I went out today thinking I would have it done in no time but gave up. There are loads of wires in the rear passenger side trim but I can't find what Dave said. Has anyone got any pictures or information to help?

Thanks

After finding a cracking deal on the interweb midweek, I fitted a Cobra A0258 kit today. The reverse light feed is really simple to find, just take out the two torx screws holding on the passenger side parcel shelf support, remove it and pull back the trim. There are a couple of multiplugs in there but the one you need is the one with the grey/white wire, where you will see the loom going up the rear pillar towards the headlining. Make sure you tap onto the grey/white as it turns green on the other side of the plug for some unknown reason. To test you will need to have the tailgate shut otherwise the CANBUS will not illuminate the reverse light.

Thanks. You got any pics? Its just all so cramped and fiddly in that area, I don't want to mess up the electrics.

Sorry Rik, didn't take any, there's one knocking around on here somewhere.
