Parcel Shelf

Just closed the boot, the parcel shelf got trapped on something, and the plastic lug that attaches the string from the parcel shelf to the boot door shot off- leaving a hole in the trim next to the rear window....
Anyone got a tip to geting the lug back in said hole (note plastic bit still attached to end of string it's the lug that this bit attaches to that shot off)!!!?

i had same problem a while back and got 2 new ones from dealer ( bout 3 quid) . they both broke and you dont know how anoying it is to not av your shelf go up with the boot , i ad to hold it up with my head..... not funny,well maby a little.

If it's broke and you need a new one. The part number is 1M6867574A, I think
