Hi all,

Sorry to add to the endless list of disc/pad questions on here!

I can get a full set of Pagid discs and pads (front and rears) for £220 all in which I thought was pretty bloody cheap - they were meant to come to £320 but I've got a discount at ECP.

I understand they aren't the best of the best but will do at decent OEM type job?

The only reason I don't want to go for a more expensive set is because I'm a student and I do very few miles so wouldn't really need the benefits of better discs or pads.

So, would a full set of Pagids still do a decent job considering the price?

Cheers

Just had my brakes done on my Cupra Tdi and had pagid on the back and Brembo on the front cost me £190 plus labour and that's with me having 288mm front discs and brakes are now awesome

Getting them from Euro Car Parts, just make sure you get the right ones on there.

Use promotional code DP30 for 30% off all brake parts..

Euro car parts for pagid stuff mate.

I have the pagid pads on the front of mine and for road use there every bit as good as the ds2500 pads I had previous. My mates got the disc and pad set up on his and it's spot on.

Been on ECP website, are the discs just the standard ones ?
I saw a post on here with Pagid Grooved discs, which i quite fancied,as i say cant find them anywhere though.I have a 2002 LC 180 with 312 fronts.

I've got pagid disks and pads all round on my car and the wife's mk2 Leon. All sourced from ECP. No complaints at all. Decent stopping and no squealing.

Not the best you can buy but certainly not a budget set up. Billed as middle of the road but I'd say not far behind factory OEMs.
