P0171 - System Too Lean - Engine management warning light on)

Hi,

I have recently got a 2007 Leon TFSI FR 2.0L. The yellow engine management light has been on for a few weeks now.

I have a cheap diagnostic machine that throws up the code 'P0171 - System Too Lean'.

I have replaced the air filter, PCV valve, and mass air flow sensor, but the light remains on.

Thinking of changing the fuel filter next...or giving in and paying a mechanic to find out (£)

Any ideas of what I could do to stop it ruining too lean??

You need a proper code reader to figure out whats going on really.

Have you also done the usual suspects of Diverter valve and cam follower ?
