P0138 fault code - O2 Sensor

Wondered if you could help, I'm getting the above fault code for the O2 Sensor. Would someone mind pointing in the direction of the correct part please?

Sorry, not sure on engine code but it's a 2001 1.6s. It says bank 1 sensor 2 which is presume is post cat?
