As everyone knows my car failed its mot.

This was due to one of the rear struts leaking. Its gonna be difficult to get a replacement so my standard suspension kit is going back on.

I was wondering would it be a good idea to put the lowering springs onto the standard shocks or not even bother.

how old are you standard shocks?

it might get you thro the MOT but they might not last six months, then you would have to pay for the alignement and fitting again for its next MOT
