Was driving home last night and was waiting behind another car to turn right. Trundling along the other way comes another black Cupra R (only the second one I've seen since I got mine) and very kindly stops to let the car in front of me turn right.

Foolishly I thought that when he saw me in he would definately let me through as well as we're both driving the best car in the world and you have to show respect to your fellow Cupra R brother/sisters in my view. However depsite having ample time to see me he decided to floor it so I couldn't turn right. I just shook my head at him as he drove past and he just grinned to himself.

I thought all Cupra R drivers were cool. This guy does not deserve the honour.:ban:

Unfortunately, tossers are in all sorts of cars these days!

If it was somebody on this forum, you should have your SC.net membership removed and you should leave your car keys on the way out.

That guy must have borrowed the Cupra when his 1.2 corsa with full bodykit , neons & big bore exhaust was having new 50 watt speakers fitted . I`m not trying to stereotype or anything . BUT why do boys in saxo`s & corsa`s always want to race you ????

I was once bumbling along in a 30 zone and saw an identical LCR coming the other way. I waved at the guy and he looked at me like I'd just given my care worker the slip. Just wrong in my opinion.

It wasn't an R wannabe (r badges, and kit, but painted non brembo's and 17" wheels) by any chance was it? (you probably didn't get a chance to notice).

I didn't notice I'm afraid.

I'm a firm believer in car Karma. If you are courteous to other road users they will pay you back with the saem respect. If you act like a tw*t you will never get let out of junctions etc etc.

I bet he get to the end of the road and it took him 10 minutes before someone let him pull out.:harhar:

Unfortunately, I'm a skeptic and don't believe in car karma. :) But I nod/wave for other LCRs and would certainly giving them preferential lettings out.

I don't get raced by the chav brigade though. I think *most* realise there isn't a point racing a car with twice the horse power.
