Notchy Gearbox?

Hello, i run a Leon 110 TDI SE, on an X reg, and it clicked over 130k this morning on the way home from work.

Ive noticed the gears, especially 1, 2, 3 are getting a bit notchy to get into gear, sometimes at a junction you have to put in neutral, and re-put into 1st.

Im thinking clutch, or even the gearbox, but firstly im going to check out the gearbox oil, now where the hell is the bung for it!?? and what type oil do i need.

Thank you muchly!:)
