Another great day at Cadwell today, saw there two monsters

This one is 4 wheel drive and according to the photographer I was talking to on the High Boost setting will produce 1000 bhp, certainly went like S**t of a shovel on the day.

And this is the little brother (in power terms) only running 475 bhp.

First track day at Cadwell today and got to see the following motors.

Met the owner of this motor today and he was a great guy with a lot of knowledge on Motor racing and building racing cars.

This one is a beast is 600 WHP, But running a 2 stroke 1.3 Wankel engine, very heavily modified but what made me laugh was he puts 99Ron fuel in and then adds the stuff that makes it two stroke.

Very good day out at Bedford Autodrome with Javalin

Personally not seen one of these in the flesh before.

But this one was interesting, It a chimney sweep van but underneath its a Ford Focus ST and it goes very well on the track. The young man in the background is a Sweep who helped the owner build the van so was invited out for a day on the track.

and finally a very nice old motor with a good bodywork repair.

Its a great track. These days its more for bikes but its a fun place with a car as well although last lot of pictures are from Bedford (owned by the same people)

I think it's a citroen visa

That's the standard road version.

There seams to be many shapes of race and rally versions of the visa. . With the rounded rear arches and twin head lamps.

No that was the Saturday warm up, Today was very wet and looks like a few motors got bashed.

Well Cadwell gave another good day on the track, overcast but only small amounts of Rain.

And as usual something a bit different (well for me anyway)

Mini Marcos, sounds very nice if looking a bit odd.

This one went very fast.

And the Mustang it sounded great

Sums up motor sport, dont matter what you got you can have fun, this bloke was greedy as he had two.

Aww, i used to have an 'electric blue' MK1, didn't think any were still around. I actually remember being parked up with a mellow yellow MK1 once & we looked quite garish together

Got to say I saw this as I was leaving the track and it stood out, modern cars just dont seem to the the color range anymore.
