[Evil laugh]

Lets see what this baby will do (soon.... )

90% done on my TDI Wizards of NOS install. Even got it to chuck a little N2O in the intercooler system by faking it with 12v, but it will use boost pressure cut-in under normal use.

There's a video in the fabia section on Briskoda. :funk:

Nope - anything BUT horizontal is perfectly fine. :) As long as take off pipe is down the bottom, all is good. I did ring W.O.N and ask. :)

It's got a 100 jet in it at the moment, and I have a 50 one as well. Didn't you get best results on a 75 jet? A 50 jet did quite well for you as well no?

All comes down to fueling mate as NOS is basically just extra oxygen.
75 jet = 310bhp
100 jet = 317bhp
125 jet = 309bhp
My 327bhp reading was got with a 100 jet when i started to alter the fueling. I owning added a little more propane top end and the bhp started to rise, just that the clutch started to slip at 425lb so had to stop after three attempts. With a new clutch to hold the power the car might get 340-350bhp in the present setup.

So what do you estimate the top power at Jason? Sounds sweet either way... I'm not jealous at all! ;o)

At the moment, well officially my last RR was 200bhp and about 300 lb/ft, but it's running badly and is booked in for a remap. If I had to guess at a power output come the remap, I would like 280bhp on just diesel and propane, and enough fuelling there to be able to say 300bhp with nitrous flicked on. I won't use the NOS all that much anyway I imagine. ;)

Wizard of NOS make a nos diesel kit. My NOS is injected just before the inlet manifold where the EGR system used to be.

Got your solenoid in a good spot there. :) I couldn't get anything similar, so mine is down where the battery was, and it injects into the inlet about 3 feet before the inlet. It should all hopefully still go in the same place though. :)

Mike - Is a "100" shot a 50hp? Which one do you use now?

Yep a 100 is ment to be 50bhp. I use 100bhp shot but there turns out to be a leak on my bottle so Allards are sending it back to WON to get it replaced. Also looking at getting a spare 10lb bottle. What are do for refills ?

My system is tight thankfully. Took some work on the gauge fitting to get it tight. liquid soap is quite good for finding leaks as it bubbles up on even the slightest tiny escape. :) Tested it out on Saturday and the system held 700 PSI. Turned the bottle off to be safe, and the gauge (external from the bottle obviously) is still reading 700 PSI even now. :)

I think I will go with the 100 shot first, although I have a 50 shot too. Wonder whether I should get myself a 75 one though?

I got my bottle filled first time by a chap in Bournemouth, as I was down there anyway at a show (found through the WON forum) Not sure who does them locally but I understand a place in Cullompton does them - local to you.

The leak on my bottle is between the bottle and on/off valve which came already joined from WON. The place on the WON site near me closed down years ago and is now a TVR tuning garage that has nothing to do with NOS, seems like posting the bottle is the only option really. Answer your dam mobile as well mate as i just tried to phone you.

What does the insurance company think about NOS? Also are there many realistic performance gains that you can use in every day driving, rather than just on the motorway etc?
