Has anyone any tips fitting this kit to pd130 Mk4 Ibiza please?

It's like lego aimez, did my good lady's FR a couple of months ago. Tricky bits are getting at the turbo pipe to unclip the original one and we had some small issues trimming the bumper correctly to fit it all back together, other than that its a piece of cake!

Just seen this. Buzz us an email with some pics if you are struggling, but the key is to fit everything loose first then make it fit nicely. Some of the Silicones will need trimming to fit nicely.

I got as far as taking everything off before (i had a intercooler that was to fat to fit over the air con rad!) but no further lol. Where on the bumper do you have to trim it? I have the facelift bumper (glad as the old bumpers end up cracked to fit over the pipes I seen!) I will be well chuffed if I do this myself I am trying to do more myself I done lots of mods but nothing as much as this.

For the trimming, just keep offering the bumper up and take a bit off at a time until you have it perfect.

Or the other approach is to hack it to death then it will fit no problem, but not really recommended!

The PD150 already has a Front Mount, so you can fit the S3 Cooler Directly in its place
