Newbie with a Cupra Born

Hi everyone I’ve just taken delivery of the wonderful Cupra Born slowly getting to know her ! I have an issue ( which may be me !) I’ve downloaded the “ My Cupra app” and the car is now on line but a lot items that I need are saying “ deactivated “ reason “ vehicle location is not available “ am I being thick ? The car has me online and me as the prime user just can’t access all items like map of charger/s ect ect hope someone can help
PS can anyone put me on to the to right road for on the go charging please ? I’ve joined ZAP-MAP? Thanks so much

Do you also need the cupra connect subscription? I hear you should get the first year for free, but may need activation by the vendor.

If you are all set on that front, then make sure the user's privacy settings are not blocking you. On the Formentor this is set by tapping the top right icon and then selecting the user and setting the privacy mode to something like :: I hate privacy, please take all my data.

Ah that’s interesting that’s probably why Cupra have told me to get in touch with the dealer. I have tried them but they’ve not ret my calls ! A bit disappointing. Yes I’ll do the privacy settings check to. So much to learn as my old Audi etron just really out of date re the tech I guess. One last Q I’ve just joined Zap pay would you recommend them I wonder ? I don't really have an opinion on the zap map etc since I have a hybrid, I only really charge the car at home overnight on a cheap tariff - Or at work and they pay for it
