Currently having issues with my Cupra born - I've had it just coming up to a year and a half.
Its suddently not letting me connect to the app and the car itself displays as online but not connected.
I've tried updating it but the update is just stuck at three quaters progress... I've also tried connecting it to my mobile hotspot.
When trying to turn on vehicle usage data and location data it just days sorry failed, try again later.
When trying to factory reset it, it also just says sorry failed try again later.
The dealership is being of no help at all so I was wondering if someone else has had this issue and resolved it?
