Hello everyone, I know the subject of HIDs and projectors etc has been covered extensively in other threads, but have just seen this supposed projector converter on ebay. Is it complete rubbish?

cgi.ebay.co.uk/H7-Hid-Conversion-Kit-With-BI-XENON-Projector-Angel-Eye_W0QQitemZ140282443972QQihZ004QQcategoryZ72235QQcmdZViewItem

I'm very suspicious, not sure how it would look just slotted into the reflector.

Any thoughts?

Never seen these before! Look quite a good idea as well... shame they do cost a bit

I'd be interested to hear how you get on with these if you did decide to buy them!

they're not that expensive considering how much it'd be if there was an aftermarket projector light for the mk4, because then it'd be probably be at least 150 for the lights + a HID kit.

It seems almost too good to be true... and I'm not sure on the angel eye, can look a bit chavvy.

i'm not convinced by those pictures, you also need to break open the cluster to fit them which i would be hesitant to do as its all plastic and frigiles plastic looking at the chipstone damage that's accumilating on my clusters.

I actually believe it does work, as you say his feedback is perfect, I just think it might look a bit odd sitting in a reflector light.

There is a full money back guarantee if you don't like it though...
