Just bought a 2004 Leon FR and its a pretty cool car but it has a few niggles I would like advice about. 1. Drivers seat belt does not fold automatically back I have to literally roll it back in place by hand which is a bit annoying. Anyone ideas please ? 2. Does the FR have a digital clock/outside temp display cos I cannot see it ? 3. Passenger mirror does not close. 4. Valeting lights behind the sun visors dont light up. Worst issue rear right side door completely stuck and lastly finding it hard to switch radio back on just cannot get passed the SAFE and the 1000 display stage. Guess its quite a few issues for my first thread but would appreciate your advice if you indeed have had or still do have these sort of issues. I have been told that the electrics are a problem with these cars.

The radio is asking for the radio code I believe, the clock and temp is on the left? Hand side of the odometer display on mine. I have a 2002 and my electrics are fine. Maybe change the valeting light bulb or get a voltmeter on there and see if they’re drawing current. Same with the folding mirror, it may be a blown fuse or dodgy connector

I do know that door lock mechanisms are pants and that sounds like what you got going on, a quick search will bring up what you need and how to repair it.

The radio code is written in the handbook. Or should be

Doesn’t sound ideal.
Two mot failures there.
If rear door lock doesn’t open it’s a case of stripping door card. Difficult when closed then break out the lock and fit new lock and mechanism. Then reseal door to stop water ingress.
Lots of guides on social media n YouTube
Good luck with it.
