New FR Ordered!

P11D value is £18990 but it's costing the company £304 per month.

Two or so weeks ago I had requested three quotes on the Octavia vRS TDi and three quotes on the Leon, got two quotes straight away for the Leon but have yet to see any prices for the Skoda. Test drove a Leon and the dealer managed to get me one from stock, delivery in two weeks. Really wanted Candy White but delivery would be late January (!) and due to a new employee needing a car at work we needed my new one in a hurry which means it's Luna Grey AKA silver.

I never even drove the Skoda, TBH I'm not chasing the dealers, if they can't be arsed to run a quote off the PC they aren't getting my business. The car is ordered through Alexandra Bridge Cars in Sunderland and the boss has already enquired about an Ibiza for a colleague, if the Skoda dealer had got back to me he could have sold an Octavia and a Fabia!

If anyone is interested i'll post some pics in a couple of weeks when it's delivered

Very nice mate, all the ooptions I'd have chosen. My Ibiza is Luna Grey and it's a cracking colour - seems a nicer silver than the other manufacturers use.

The monthly price quoted doeas not include maintenance, maintenance but not including tyres would have added around £40 per month.

I ordered a candy white FR Tdi yesterday and can confirm January delivery date, annoying you can get any other colour in around a month but all candy whites are factory orders with 12 week wait. Your two weeks will fly by, enjoy!

I could have had the demo from Alexandra Bridge Cars, they have a Candy White TDi FR in the showroom but it has no options at all!

So if anyone is after a completely standard Candy White i'd get on the phone to them.

It's from HSBC. 18's met paint and bluetooth and ipod.

It's been on order for 3 months so guess the prices were a bit cheaper then.

Can't wait for it now.

I got a quote from HSBC as that's who my current Octavia is through.

Convenience, Winter, Bluetooth, 18s and Maintenance for £349.00.
