So today I was on my way home from work and I had the pleasure of receiving a new warning light on my dashboard (along with the already MOT Failing ones) which happened to be an Engine Warning Light, once home I dug out my laptop and plugged into VCDS and it told me that I was the lucky winner of a "P1137 Fuel trim: bank 1 System too rich" fault code. Can anyone shed some light for me? which cylinders are "bank 1" and what it could mean if its running too rich? I would like any suggestions of where to start as my MOT is 22nd February (cutting it close!) and I need my car daily. I am a trained mechanic although not in the industry so no need to simplify for me.

Any help will be Greatly Apprieciated!!
