New cambelt and clutch time

I've hit 80k so cambelt/waterpump time and my clutch is on the way out so i'll be throwing it in the garage in the next week or so. I would do it mysrelf but not in this weather and with the short days.

I've been quoted £220 for parts but what can i look at paying to have it all done and any good places south of Birmingham/ Bromsgrove way.

Do you need a new dual mass flywheel as well as a clutch? I've read you replace them both together?

i was just going for a standard repacement cluch. It's been remapped but i don't do drag starts often so thought i'd be ok with that. I wasn't aware the fly wheel needed changing too. Whats the cracck with duel mass?

I think it stops vibrations and makes it smoother?

I might be wrong I just thought you were surposed to change both together.
