mines only the 1.4s, hasnt got the GTi body kit on it so 60mm would probs look okay, wouldnt scrape over speed bumps etc lol

Lowered 60mm does look alright. I have the front of mine lowered 60mm on 15 inch wheels (with 195/50 tyres.) The back of mine is only lowered 40mm as i carry passengers once or twice a week, plus it evens out the car as im sure the front is 20mm higher as standard.

I would have loved to go lower at the back. :whistle:

You dont get any scraping over speed bumps, if you go slow enough!! :p. And you sometimes get rubbing at the front if you hit a bad bump or a pothole on the road.

had to raise it , and the lcr splitter is off for the time being , 12 self tappers were no match for the speedbumps , no matter what speed/angle :(
