i had the same problem with my original seat head unit to my alpine one. found the key code number by ringin the company where the car was first sold and the gave it to me. i had trouble getting it all to work, i think mine was saying 3000 that means u have to leave it 3hrs... 1000 1hr etc. u have to leave it with the ignition lights all on until it comes up with a different word written on but carnt remember what. in the end i took it to seat and they got it working, only for about 2 days so i changed the head unit lol
