Just reading this thread and is confiming my suspicions that their customer service is dump.
I ordered 2 tyres for my car and was told delivery would be within 2-4 days, I then found out it was going to be a week at the earliest, as I needed them sharpish I had to cancel the order, so when the tyres came I was told not to sign for them and let them be returned which they were.
I got an email on the 4th of june saying that the refund had been processed and the funds should be back in my account "in the following days", I waited a week........no refund, emailed them and got pretty much the same response - it's been done it should be with you "in the following days" it's now the 15th of june and still no sign of my money. I've just finished a phone call with a women there and she said she would speak to one of her colleagues, but tbh I really don't feel confident she will get it sorted...........or phone me back like she claimed, she didn't even take my phone number......numpty.
Seems that they are great to buy from but not so good if you want your money back.
