Got a quick question do my tyres charge straight away for their tyres, as this money has been sitting in the bank awhile and Im wanting to know if they are ever going to bloody well take it, not that Im complaining. Anyone else dealt with them?

bout a week lol, have to say I am keeping quiet about it lol will wait and see about it anyway. A know it not mk4 related anyway forgot where I was lol always post here love u guys 2 much hehe. Just wondering if anyone else had orderd and had it taken out late, anyway if they dont take it tomorow the funds get transferd to my other acount as they always do (my parents way of making me save money whats in my bank goes into savings at the first friday of every month lol). So they can ring me if they need it anyway

i had the same done to me.. they didnt take the money and then 2 weeks later the transaction appeared..
I didnt want the tyres in the end so the were supposed to collect but took 3 weeks to collect!
Good company with cheap prices, but dodgy customer helplines and poor after sales service IMO

Yup, but they haven't received, they could easily come back on their comment.
If you haven't got the money in there for them to take then be careful, when they come to take it it'll either be decline it and then they'll ask you for it. Or it'll make you overdrawn and then you'll owe the bank £30, so you'll end up worse off after all.

Just reading this thread and is confiming my suspicions that their customer service is dump.
I ordered 2 tyres for my car and was told delivery would be within 2-4 days, I then found out it was going to be a week at the earliest, as I needed them sharpish I had to cancel the order, so when the tyres came I was told not to sign for them and let them be returned which they were.
I got an email on the 4th of june saying that the refund had been processed and the funds should be back in my account "in the following days", I waited a week........no refund, emailed them and got pretty much the same response - it's been done it should be with you "in the following days" it's now the 15th of june and still no sign of my money. I've just finished a phone call with a women there and she said she would speak to one of her colleagues, but tbh I really don't feel confident she will get it sorted...........or phone me back like she claimed, she didn't even take my phone number......numpty.
Seems that they are great to buy from but not so good if you want your money back.
