Bloody hell mate - your f***ing nuts! lol. Cheered me up though tonight! Glad to see youve sorted yourself out and dechromed etc. Air Con pipe is funny as hell!

Thank god youve put a proper filter in there now! I'd recommend putting some sort of heat shield between the engine and the filter as it'll pull in some warm air from the side. You could probably make it out of tin foil or something! :D

Get centre caps on the alloys, top up your coolant and your sorted! ;)

You've done some nice touches on your car. Wouldn't of liked to have refurbed the wheels myself though (i'm too impatient). Good job

Ive got to make a big deal of it! :) its a very special colour....VERY RARE compared to the run of the mill, black, red i seem to see so much!

Updates now...

i colour coded my rub strips! very happy with them, apart from one where the primer was too thick and made the colour coat finish too thick so ive ordered a replacement that ill pick up from our SCN meet on Sat...thanks Pete88 (local parts adviser) :D

colour coded my front grille, had issues with what i colour i should do it in...

first...

i did all Gunmetal grey (the chrome surround and the S in the centre, and body colour blue inbetween the S lines)

then a Gloss Black S with the Blue inbetween bits,

then reverted to a Chrome S with gloss black inbetween bits and gunmetal grey Grille surround... :D very happy with thaat....

also did something very special with my spare Splitter...(awaiting the rude comments of people afraid of trying something new) :ban:

i put it on the back again! :p but turned it upside down and shaved off the middle bits!...the rear looks alot lower visually and more uniformed as it follows the curves of the original valance (i heated up the splitter so i could get it exact...i think it looks great and actually looks VERY OEM)

pics will be up soon but as with England weather theres never a great time for it!

updates: No pics as yet...awaiting proffesional photoshoot :D

Black roof vinyl
FULL gold plated 4AWG wiring kit
DIY Custom False Floor
4 replacement BK121s' alloys awwaiting restripping and FULL DIY refurbish :D same gunmetal grey colour with a deeper mirror shine than my current set (see avatar)

i had a mis-hap into a pavement whilst drifting with BMW E30's around a roundabout :-o i dont reccomend anyone going into a pavement @ 40mph and have the pavement eat a chunk out of your rims. on the bright side nothing was bent or damaged other than the rims, so hit up fleebay got a bargain! £70quid for a WHOLE set of replacement BK121's rims all with pretty new tyres! :) so they are being refurbed one by one then ill change them over and have a new set of rims

 Well done with the RR result. I'd be interested in keeping an eye on how this tune-up influences performance, reliability and service-life (if at all), and oil and fuel consumption in the long term.
