Hey
Long story short, my parked 2011 Ibiza was hit by another car bending the front wheel out. At a quick glance the bumper is misaligned, and tie rod is bent like a banana. Not sure if anything else is damaged.
Insurance offered a total loss full pay out, or a partial pay out and retain the car for £900. It will receive a cat, then can be repaired and re-mot it to get back on road.
I would love to keep the car especially if a new inner and outer tie rod does the fix, surely car is worth more than £900 despite its rough life and now a cat, but to be honest part of me is afraid if something else could have suffered damage. I know it's my car and money after all, nonetheless be good to hear some opinions or reassurance.
Thanks
