Hmmm mine are 7.5 and 8.5 staggered but don't know what tyres to get. Might put 205/40's on rear and 195's on front

205 /40 on 8.5 will give some nice stretch!

205/40 doesn't stretch that much on a 8.5

Well my mate is running 17x8.5 with a 205/40/17 et 15 and it scrubs if all the way down on coils small amount of arch rollimg and its all good
