Hi, been here a long time but now is the time to start my build thread. So here is the specs so far:
Car: 2007 Seat ibiza FR 1.8t yellow

Engine:
ARP head bolts

Head:
Supertech manganese bronze valve guides
Supertech inconel exhaust valves
Supertech intake valves
Supertech titanium valve retainers and springs one groove version
ported small port head
n/a 1.8 camshaft adr engine code
oem valve seals

Bottom end:
Ie 19mm drop in rods
ARP main studs
IE timing belt gear dowel kit
IE arp crank damper bolt
oem pistons
forge baffled sump

gates performance timing belt
manual timing belt tensioner
metal impeller water pump

Turbo
Now Borg Warner EFR 6258, 1.6 bar overboost and 1.4 constant
Drivetrain:
ClutchMasters fx400 6 puck ceramic clutch


Brakes:
6 pot D2 calibers and 330mm 2 piece discs
castrol srf brake fluid
zimmerman drilled discs

rear brakes:
Audi S4 300mm vented disc and tt225 calibers

Suspension:
Seat ibiza cupra mk4 springs and koni fsd dampers
whiteline rear roll-bar
Kw 22mm front anti-roll bar
forge rear and front strut brace
OMP lower front strut brace

Cooling:
External oil cooler Setrab 625
Garrett 600hp IC.

Wheels and tires:
OZ Alleggerita hlt 17x8 wheels
215/45/17 toyo R1R tires

Last dyno was 287,6 hp from engine and 375nm of torque(this was holset he221w turbo).

Little disappointed how these borg warner efrs tend to spool, third gear you need 3500rpm until turbo wakes up. Maybe I have to make this thing twin scroll.
