one thing i will say though is ..Rainbow Polishing.. seems they knocked off 2 vac nipples off the inlet when polishing it...(well that or seattoby knocked em off) but it had to be modded to fit all the pipes in. Midland VW have done a cracking job though. Cam belt with tensioners, fitting of new rocker and inlet...£160. Proud as punch mate !! never selling it !

in all fairness thats advice ive taken onboard since driving...regardless of a cage or not! my mates on the other hand tho! one has written off every car he has owned..the other most of them..and another one wrote of his mail van! rolled it

i went around his house and took the castors off his bed so he couldnt roll that! fecking numptys!
